By accessing or placing an order on Your Choice BD, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund offered in such cases.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and major debit/credit cards. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification by phone.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates: 1–2 business days within Dhaka and 3–5 business days nationwide. Delays due to weather, courier disruption, or incorrect address information are outside our control.
Product Authenticity
Every product sold on Your Choice BD is sourced from authorized distributors and is guaranteed genuine. Any claim of a non-authentic item will be investigated and resolved per our Returns Policy.
Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation
- Reviews and submitted content must not be false, abusive, or infringe on others' rights
Limitation of Liability
Your Choice BD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, to the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law.
